I offer therapy to individuals age 18 and over.

I use a person-centered, integrative approach, introducing cognitive behavioral therapies tailored to your specific needs. We also draw from existential and humanistic therapies to help you reach your full potential and live with purpose.

A central part of my work is Motivational Interviewing (MI), a goal-oriented, client-centered approach that helps you explore and resolve ambivalence while building on your strengths to create meaningful change.

Together, we will develop a treatment plan and identify clear goals. I will support and hold you accountable as we work toward improving your mental health, incorporating specialized therapies when appropriate for specific diagnoses.

Much of our work will focus on overcoming mental obstacles, particularly cognitive distortions, using CBT techniques. We may also explore underlying schemas that require focused attention.

Therapy is a collaborative process. Meaningful change requires your active participation, and a strong therapeutic alliance—built on trust, authenticity, and genuine care—is at the heart of our work together.

Your first session will be an assessment to clarify your concerns and goals. If we agree that we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward with a tailored treatment plan.

Therapy is a gradual process, and while outcomes can’t be guaranteed, meaningful progress is likely when you commit to honest, consistent work.

Throughout our time together, you’ll be making important choices about how you respond to challenges and shape your life. I’ll help you approach those decisions in ways that support your mental health and personal growth.

At times, I may introduce concepts—such as ideas from quantum physics—as metaphors to illustrate how each choice can open new possibilities. At the same time, we’ll acknowledge the real external factors and limitations that can affect your circumstances.
